Terms & Conditions
These are the terms for buying and using The Jiu-Jitsu School Growth Blueprint, The Blueprint Implementation Workshop, and anything else sold on this site. By purchasing or using the products, you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
Who you are dealing with
The seller is MMA Marketing Pro, the business of Jeremy Henderson, Pennsylvania, USA. Payments are processed by SamCart; your receipt will come from SamCart on our behalf. Contact: hello@mmamarketingpro.com.
What you're buying
Digital products: an e-book delivered as PDF and EPUB, and, if purchased, a recorded video workshop with downloadable templates. Access is delivered by email and on the confirmation page after checkout. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
License and what you can't do
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the materials for your own school or business. You may print copies for your own use and share the ideas with your own team. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share files publicly, or use the materials to create a competing product. All content, illustrations, scripts, and templates remain the copyright of Jeremy Henderson / MMA Marketing Pro. Want copies for your coaches or a school-wide license? Email us; it's easy.
Refunds: the 30-day One-Fix Guarantee
Read it. Use it. If you don't find at least one fix worth more than what you paid, email hello@mmamarketingpro.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You may keep the book. The same guarantee applies to the workshop. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through SamCart, usually within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the guarantee is being abused (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund).
Results and earnings disclaimer
This is educational material based on the author's experience running Jiu-Jitsu schools and a marketing agency. It is not legal, financial, or accounting advice. We do not guarantee any particular result. Any numbers, revenue figures, or growth examples on this site or in the products (for example, a school reaching a given monthly revenue) are real but describe specific schools with their own circumstances; they are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your market, your effort, your team, and factors outside anyone's control, including what happens on your mat. Nothing here obligates you to hire MMA Marketing Pro, and buying these products creates no agency relationship.
Marketing emails
When you buy, we may email you about the product you bought and related products and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Purchase and delivery emails are transactional and will still be sent.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to circumvent the checkout, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation. Don't upload the files to file-sharing sites. If you find a bug or a security issue, we'd genuinely appreciate an email.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The products and this site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the products or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost students. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
Third-party services
Checkout runs on SamCart, newsletters on beehiiv, and hosting on Cloudflare. Their terms govern their services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we have a disagreement, email us first; almost everything can be sorted out in a conversation. Anything that can't will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where eligible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the products after a change means you accept the updated terms; purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
